Perco-Filter

Ask anything

  • Daniel asked

Hello, my father has that perco coffee pot but neither of us know how to use it. Could you help us?
    Thank you

  • Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen answered

Dear Daniel, thank you for your question. We don't have any instructions in our archive, but we suspect it is used as a vacuum coffee maker: you fill the bottom with water, let it boil, fill the top with coffee, and the vacuum does the rest. Check out this video with a comparable device: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F2kiPqOu-kM. Good luck and let us know if you enjoyed your coffee! Best, Rianne
