Helena Petrovna Blavatsky, who is referred to in the title, was one of the great mystic sources of inspiration of modernism. With her theosophic philosophy, she inspired artists such as Mondriaan to take the leap to abstract painting. In this work, Carel Blotkamp executed her name in glittering sequins.
