Even before the recent breakthrough of Chinese art in the West, Yang Fungdong was already a familiar name. In 'The Revival of the Snake', a video installation with ten screens, we see a blindfolded man trying to survive in the middle of a desolate landscape. Where the man came from is left unexplained.
