Atelier NL developed a simple set of tableware in which the colours of the individual pieces are determined by clay from different regions. The origin of the clay is clearly stamped on each piece. Recently the duo also began to experiment with glass. The chemical characteristics of the sand differ from region to region, determining the colour of the glass.
