Dear Ayesha Afzal, we don't have an exact date on record. But, I can tell you that the artist Jacob van Schuppen lived between 1670 - 1751. The portrait is of Maria Theresa of Austria who lived between 1717 - 1780. As you can see on the painting, the ruler of the Habsburg dominions is an adult. These dates could give you a better idea of when it was made. Rough guess: somewhere between 1735 and 1751.
