Drapery Study for a Kneeling Man in Profile, the Donor Gerozzo Dini on the Pilaster to the Right of 'The Last Judgment', from the collection of Museo di San Marco, Florence.
It is difficult to determine which of the two chalk studies for the donor was the first. They resemble each other closely, but differ in the drapery folds and the elaboration of the face. A separate portrait drawing of Gerozzo Dini would undoubtedly have been produced for this fresco, as well as one of his mother who was depicted on the left-hand pilaster.
