Hi Can you tell me what the Title 'Brownie is referring to and is the flag a united state flag? Also do you have any other photos available, I am writing about this sculpture for a university essay on Materiality and Meaning

Dear Liesha, The title could refer to various things: a small chocolate cake, a member of the Girl Scouts in the US and a small imaginary creature in an old story, said to be helpful to humans. The flag indeed bears some resemblance to the US flag, but it seems quite dirty. I have found another image which I will send to you by separate email. Your essay seems quite interesting.
