Visit a compartment

Standard activity in the depot | Guided tour | Free

In the depot you can participate in a guided tour. Sign up for this free of charge tour at the desk in the entrance area. During this tour, you and other visitors will visit different workspaces, see the artworks up close and hear more about the building, the management and preservation of a collection. The guided tours last 30 minutes.

Art by request

You can now partake in Art on Demand. On predetermined Thursdays, it is possible to view a work of art you have requested in one of the study rooms or in a compartment of the depot.

Group tour

Group tour

It is possible to book a private group tour. During this tour you will visit different workspaces, see the works of art up close and hear more about the building, the management and preservation of a collection. Group tours are available in Dutch, English, German or French. The tour lasts 60 minutes and is for a maximum of 13 people per group.

Pipilotti Rist

Pipilotti Rist is a Swiss artist who named herself after Pippi Longstocking. Like Pippi Longstocking, she sees herself as a woman who explores the world in a playful way. This video light installation Het Leven Verspillen Aan Jou is visible from sunset to midnight on the public square in front of the depot, reflected in its facade.
